Job Title: Chief Transformation and Innovation Officer

Gael Force Group is a global supply partner of equipment, technology, and services for the farming and catching of healthy, nutritious seafood. Our expertise lies in aquaculture, where we provide a full turnkey solution to sea-based fish farms.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Chief Transformation and Innovation Officer to play a key role in realizing Gael Force Group's plans for transformation and delivering the overall product development program of the company. This individual will oversee the short, medium, and long-term technical development, strategic direction, and execution of Gael Force Group's product portfolio, including product vision, product innovation, product design, and product lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a deep understanding of Marine Aquaculture biology to drive product development.
  • Lead technical leadership experience with a focus on continuous improvement and driving technical advancement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare investment cases for projects and drive commercial and financial acumen.
  • Present technical content and progress to colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Pursue a Master's degree or higher in a related discipline.
Requirements:
  • Understanding of the biological challenges and opportunities of Marine Aquaculture.
  • Experience in working as a Director at board management level.
  • Demonstrable technical leadership experience with continuous improvement of smaller-scale changes.
  • Commercial and financial acumen.
  • Ability to clearly and confidently present technical content and progress.
  • A Master's degree or higher in a related discipline.
