  • Ability to deliver training courses to the specified level
  • Experience and knowledge of Health and Safety, Training, and Training Accreditation operational standards
  • Knowledge of courses such as IPAF, PASMA, Ladder Association, Confined Space, CITB, C&G, and plant training
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Commercial awareness and business acumen, including financial and budget management skills
  • Results-driven and able to achieve targets
  • Excellent planning and organization skills, able to harness and coordinate resources
  • Good IT and analytical skills
