Team Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Booths. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the effective management of the store, leading and motivating your team to ensure company standards are maintained in all areas of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the functionality of a team by determining the goals that colleagues will work towards each shift.
• Provide guidance and instruction on how to approach a task and lead by example.
• Review safe and legal records to ensure daily completion on your shifts.
• In the absence of senior management, assume the responsibility of duty manager of the store.

Requirements:

• Contracted hours.
