Logistics and Supply Chain Manager at WatchHouse

WatchHouse is seeking a highly skilled Logistics and Supply Chain Manager to play a fundamental role in shaping the future of our supply chain and logistics operations. This strategic thinker will have a strong ability for data analytics, turning information into decisions to enhance efficiencies, productivity, and cost-effectiveness across the board.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead supply chain improvement initiatives to reduce costs and enhance efficiency.
  • Develop and implement Service Level Agreements across the business, outlining the level of service expected.
  • Ensure all in-house deliveries and On Time and In Full in line with agreed SLA.
  • Manage all warehousing across the business and service Houses as needed, liaising with Managers and being the primary point of contact for stock held.
  • Manage forecasting and availability to ensure all SKUs remain in stock and available to order.
  • Negotiate terms and prices with freight companies, monitoring and assessing their performance and maintaining cost-effective practices.
  • Analyze the supply chain data and solve any issues or put alternative plans in place.
  • Manage inventory, packing, and distributing.
  • Develop safety guidelines, teach, and enforce protocols.
