Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team in Guiseley. As a key member of our store management team, you'll be responsible for leading the store in the absence of the Store Manager and driving sales and performance across all key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
- Take full responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store standards, recruitment, and stock control.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to empower the team to maximize sales and performance.
- Inspire and motivate the team to create a fantastic place to shop and work.

Requirements
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience in the retail sector with a minimum of 1 year's management experience.
- Flexibility to work a varied shift pattern across 7 days a week.
- Passion for retail and a proven track record of delivering high standards and great results.
- Ability to take on 6 months of industry-leading training covering key aspects of the role.
