Role Summary
We are looking for a talented Systems Analyst to join our team on a 3-month contract. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering essential support services to users, managing service desk inquiries, and contributing to the enhancement and upkeep of our systems infrastructure.
Key Duties
- Deliver support services to users both in-office and remotely.
- Assist in the upkeep and development of the organization’s systems infrastructure.
- Manage hardware and software troubleshooting tasks.
- Oversee the service desk queue, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
- Support the maintenance of automated deployment systems.
- Keep precise records of service desk activities.
- Propose strategies to enhance business efficiency and minimize costs.
- Engage effectively with stakeholders, including the preparation of reports and documentation.
- Travel to various company locations as necessary.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft 365.
- Strong understanding of software, hardware, peripherals, and mobile device support.
- Experience with software deployment tools (e.g., Intune) and cloud-based solutions.
- Ability to simplify complex issues for diverse stakeholders.
- Adaptable, proactive, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
- A collaborative team player with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Creative, analytical, and confident in approach.
This position is initially for a 3-month period but has the potential for extension or a permanent role for the right candidate.
