Role Summary

We are looking for a talented Systems Analyst to join our team on a 3-month contract. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering essential support services to users, managing service desk inquiries, and contributing to the enhancement and upkeep of our systems infrastructure.

Key Duties

  1. Deliver support services to users both in-office and remotely.
  2. Assist in the upkeep and development of the organization’s systems infrastructure.
  3. Manage hardware and software troubleshooting tasks.
  4. Oversee the service desk queue, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
  5. Support the maintenance of automated deployment systems.
  6. Keep precise records of service desk activities.
  7. Propose strategies to enhance business efficiency and minimize costs.
  8. Engage effectively with stakeholders, including the preparation of reports and documentation.
  9. Travel to various company locations as necessary.

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Proficient in Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft 365.
  • Strong understanding of software, hardware, peripherals, and mobile device support.
  • Experience with software deployment tools (e.g., Intune) and cloud-based solutions.
  • Ability to simplify complex issues for diverse stakeholders.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Creative, analytical, and confident in approach.

This position is initially for a 3-month period but has the potential for extension or a permanent role for the right candidate.
