As a Field Service Engineer Apprentice, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their BeMS systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate within Schneider Electric Norge AS policies and guidelines to ensure a safe and responsible work environment, adhering to a zero-tolerance approach to unsafe behavior;
  • Take ownership of your customer base to meet or exceed contractual requirements;
  • Deliver best-in-class service to customers, working closely with them to identify operational issues and provide solutions;
  • Provide clear and concise service reports that demonstrate the value of Schneider Electric Norge AS;
  • Proactively identify and provide quoted solutions for improvements, upgrades, or repairs;
  • Identify energy and enhancement projects to provide suggestions and opportunities beneficial for both parties;
  • Advise and assist Operations Managers and Sales teams with larger opportunities;
  • Participate in the team call-out rota and support other members of the team where possible;

Requirements

  • An Electrical background, BMS, and/or HVAC industry experience would be beneficial but not necessary;
  • Previous experience in the Field Service environment, where you had to look after customers;
  • A motivated individual who is willing to learn about the product range Schneider Electric Norge AS can offer its customers;
  • Ability to demonstrate related work experience and a strong track record in similar roles;
  • Positive attitude and constructive approach;
  • Hold a full driving license;
