Main Responsibilities

Key duties of the role include:

  • Registration of patients attending the Emergency Department
  • Processing administrative tasks related to patient care
  • Providing excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and hospital staff
  • Liaising with staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Assisting with the efficient running of the department and administrative processes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of keyboard skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience in a clerical or administrative capacity
  • Ability to work flexibly and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Good timekeeping and attention to detail
