Build Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Regional Engineering Manager to join a key client in the South East. The successful candidate will provide technical and operational building services engineering support and act as a regional expert for all sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve technical engineering challenges for operational teams
- Lead on all matters relating to assurance, statutory and regulatory compliance
- Provide technical management information regarding safe work practices and operations of building services engineering systems
- Offer timely technical and management support to project delivery teams to ensure business objectives are met
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies to maintain statutory and mandatory compliance
- Monitor contractors, ensuring quality, conducting audits, and advising on actions as needed
- Act as an Authorized Person for high-risk system safety rules
Requirements:
- Engineering qualifications of (HNC) or higher
- Significant engineering experience with stakeholder engagement
- Indirect supervision of technical staff and influencing operational teams
- A full and clean UK Driving License
About the Role:
The Regional Engineering Manager will be responsible for providing technical leadership and support to the operational teams, ensuring compliance with health and safety policies and regulations. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and a collaborative style of working.
