We are seeking an experienced Senior Producer to join our team at Studio Gobo, a renowned AAA games studio. As a Senior Producer, you will be responsible for leading the production on an unannounced AAA game, working closely with the Studio Directors, Leads, and external production teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule & Planning: Develop and implement project schedules, define milestone goals, and establish processes to ensure timely delivery and high-quality standards.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Communication: Provide regular project updates and quality reports to key stakeholders.
- Dependencies: Identify and mitigate cross-team and cross-function dependencies to ensure smooth project execution.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project success.
- Pipelines & Workflows: Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop efficient pipelines and workflows that minimize risk and enable predictive planning.
- Management: Lead, mentor, and empower the production team, setting clear ownership and expectations for effective collaboration.
- Team-player: Foster a collaborative environment, working efficiently with all team members to deliver the game.
- Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, comfortable with change and pivots, while adapting to our partners' practices and expectations.
- Several years of game development experience in a senior producer role or equivalent on console and PC projects.
- Experience with agile development processes, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
- Excellent leadership skills, empowering talents and driving action to deliver success.
- Established communication, people, interview, presentation, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Highly skilled in the use of Excel, Jira, and other project management tools.
