Lead Our Admin and Clerical Teams

Liverpool Women's NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated and experienced individual to lead our Admin and Clerical Teams within the patient access centre in the antenatal patient access department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Antenatal Access clerical team to ensure an efficient service is provided while optimising the use of resources.
  • Liaise with other hospital departments and the Directorate Management Team to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Monitor team performance and make changes as necessary to ensure effective utilisation of resources.
Requirements
  • NVQ 3 in customer care and business administration or equivalent experience in a clerical role.
  • Proven experience working in a clerical role.
  • Knowledge of administrative and management procedures and practices.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and basic keyboard skills.
