Key Responsibilities- Carry out routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our buildings and facilities.
- Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Work with contractors and suppliers to source materials and services as needed.
- Conduct regular safety checks and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide support and guidance to the Maintenance Assistant, including day-to-day supervision and objective setting.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. You will also need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
