About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Maintenance Coordinator at Avery Healthcare. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our care homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our buildings and facilities.
  • Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Work with contractors and suppliers to source materials and services as needed.
  • Conduct regular safety checks and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Provide support and guidance to the Maintenance Assistant, including day-to-day supervision and objective setting.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. You will also need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
