We are seeking an ambitious and proactive HR Business Partner to join our team at Edgewell Personal Care Brands. As a key member of our HR function, you will provide operational HR support to our UK Edgewell Teammates, working closely with our Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Sales, HR, Supply Chain and Bulldog Skincare for Men teams.
Key Responsibilities- Provide HR support to our UK Edgewell Teammates, including full day-to-day administration, change management, leadership development, rewards and recognition, performance management, training and development, recruitment, and enhancing the teammate experience.
- Work closely with our Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Sales, HR, Supply Chain and Bulldog Skincare for Men teams to drive HR priorities and business objectives.
- Manage the employment end-to-end life cycle, including employee relations, org design changes, and recruitment.
- Proactively manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery of HR services.
- Use People Analytics to drive analysis, talking points, and stories with local leadership teams and management.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR professional who has:
- Experience of operating independently and partnering with commercial leadership teams.
- Experience of working in a commercial matrix environment (cross functionally and cross culturally).
- Proficient in using HR systems and data handling.
- Strong influencing skills and excellent communication skills with the ability to present in-person.
- Ability to work at speed and independently create presentation decks.
- Fully CIPD qualified and self-starter.
- Ability to prioritize and proactively manage multiple deadlines.
- Solid experience in employee relations, org design changes, and recruitment.
- Proven knowledge of local employment law and immigration rules.
