Position Overview:

Kinaxia Logistics & Fulfilment is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operations Supervisor to enhance our team. This role is pivotal in assisting the Operations Manager with comprehensive warehouse oversight, focusing on facility management, customer satisfaction, cost efficiency, health and safety, and regulatory compliance.

Working Hours:
  • Monday - Friday
  • 14:00 - 22:00
  • 40 hours per week
Compensation:

Annual salary of £34,000, along with a range of additional benefits including:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize man-hour usage for warehouse tasks while ensuring adherence to service levels agreed with customers.
  • Prioritize and manage daily workloads to meet specific standards and deadlines.
  • Effectively manage staffing levels to ensure adequate resources for daily operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations through proper training and certification of warehouse staff.
  • Oversee daily staff activities to promote efficiency and productivity, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement among team members.
  • Maintain professional communication with relevant departments to provide accurate and timely information.
  • Regularly assess warehouse procedures and proactively seek improvements.
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization within the workplace.
  • Ensure efficient processing and recording of all documentation related to goods movement and storage.
  • Support other departments as needed to facilitate smooth business operations.
Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Health & Safety protocols
  • Experience with stock management software
  • Proven ability to manage and develop a team
  • FLT License required
  • Demonstrated understanding and application of company values, including being Safe, Talented, Attentive, and Reliable.
