Room Leader

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Room Leader to join our dynamic team at Connexzia. As a key member of our nursery team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our nursery.

• Lead a team of childcare professionals to provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
• Develop and implement engaging and challenging learning programs that meet the needs of all children.
• Work closely with the Nursery Manager to ensure the nursery runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Support the development of children's social, emotional, and cognitive skills.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Full and relevant Level 3 Qualification in Early Years.
• Previous experience working in an Early Years setting in a Room Leader position.
• Knowledge of the current EYFS.
• Sound knowledge of child protection procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion, motivation, and the ability to work well within a team.
• Adaptability to a fun and inspiring working environment.
• Good ICT skills.
• A current and clean Disclosure Barring Services (DBS) Certificate.
