We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aquatics Manager to lead our team in the Great Yarmouth area. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing all Aquatics operations, leading a team of Swim Teachers, and delivering a full learn to swim program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all Aquatics operations, including pool programming, swim lessons, and water activities.
  • Lead and motivate a team of Swim Teachers to deliver high-quality swim lessons and programs.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Aquatics programs and services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Aquatics management, preferably in a similar role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and flexibility.
