Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all Front Office operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Manage and train a team of Front Office staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver excellent customer service.
- Collate and analyze guest feedback, using this information to make improvements to our services and operations.
- Manage the billing and revenue posting process, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Front Office role, preferably at Supervisory level or higher.
- Full knowledge of OPERA and other relevant systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
