Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development team in delivering key commercial developments
  • Gather market information to inform feasibilities, development appraisals, and department business plans
  • Assist with planning applications and collaborate with the design team
  • Conduct site visits with the design team
  • Prepare and distribute planning trackers and monitor progress of planning conditions
  • Coordinate actions following design team meetings
  • Work collaboratively with the FI team, including construction, asset management, marketing, property, and facilities management

Requirements:

  • Property-related degree or higher
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with ARGUS Developer is advantageous but not essential
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Proficiency in IT systems, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent stakeholder management and team player skills
  • Previous experience in the industrial sector is desirable but not essential
