Role Responsibilities- Plan and prepare theatre lists as required.
- Accurately input patient data into IT systems.
- Ensure patient care environments are safe and suitable.
- Safeguard the handling of medications and controlled substances.
- First level Registered Nurse or HCPC registered ODP.
- SFA qualification is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Post-registration education in a relevant specialty, or a Degree in Healthcare, or equivalent experience of 5+ years.
- Proficient Scrub Nurse with experience in various surgical specialties.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to foster teamwork in a dynamic environment.
- Patient-centered mindset.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Outlook and web-based reporting systems.
- Encourage a culture of professionalism and teamwork.
