We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate individual to join our team as a Veterinary Receptionist at Carmarthen Veterinary Centre.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their pets
- Manage appointments, bookings, and client records
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Assist with dispensing medications and maintaining stock levels
- Communicate effectively with veterinary staff and other team members
- Previous experience in a reception or administration role, preferably in a veterinary setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other database management systems
