About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team of Care Support Specialists in the Great Yarmouth area. As a Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to individuals in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enablement: Support individuals to learn or relearn skills, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Personal Care: Assist with all aspects of personal hygiene, including washing, dressing, and toileting, ensuring the highest standards of care.
  • Meal Preparation: Support customers with their nutritional needs, preparing healthy and delicious meals.
  • Administering Medication: Safely administer medication, including complex interventions, in accordance with individual needs and training level.
  • Encouraging and Supporting Customers: Engage with customers in various activities, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Maintaining Records: Accurately maintain customer care logs and medication administration records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Driving Licence & Own Vehicle: Essential for providing care in the Great Yarmouth and surrounding areas, with business insurance required.
  • Non-Drivers: We encourage you to explore other roles within our organization if you do not have a driving licence.
