Our client is a leading multi-disciplinary design, property, and construction consultancy seeking an Associate Health and Safety / CDM Consultant to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate Health and Safety / CDM Consultant to deliver CDM services on projects in various industry sectors, including residential, commercial, education, and retail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver CDM services to ensure compliance with CDM2015 regulations.
  • Provide Health and Safety services to clients in the public and private sectors.
  • Work as part of a team providing CDM services to the in-house design team on a range of projects.
  • Undertake the role of Principal Designer as required by CDM2015.
  • Attend meetings and ensure designers comply with their duties under CDM2015.
  • Attend design team and value engineering workshops.
  • Manage pre and post-construction information.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a CDM / Health and Safety advisor role.
  • Membership of AaPs, IMaPS, and IOSH or IIRSM.
  • Ability to work in Bromley or surrounding areas.
