Job Title: Food & Beverage Co-ordinator

Location: Birmingham City Centre

Salary: £30,000 per annum

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food & Beverage Co-ordinator to join our team at the NEC Group. Based at the ICC in the heart of Birmingham, this role is a key part of our Conventions Catering Team, responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences for thousands of visitors each year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate information and work across multiple databases to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Manage small events and client accounts, owning menu packs and price lists.
  • Support the team with in-house catering systems and coordinate F&B information to ensure all event requirements are shared.
  • Review customer feedback and provide accurate financial information to the finance teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven co-ordination experience in a fast-paced commercial office environment, using various business software and systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and manage own time and workload.
  • Keen eye for detail and focus on delivering results.
  • Commercial understanding and ability to review and summarize information.
  • Flexibility in approach to work.
