Pensions Specialist

NET Recruit is partnering with a nationally recognised business to support their search for a Pensions Benefits Specialist to join their team in the South Yorkshire area.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the administration of the pension scheme and service centre, ensuring that business and pensions processes conform to specifications and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
This role will involve handling final salary pensions, compliance testing, and providing support to the de-risking and wider teams to develop solutions for pension benefits, record keeping, and administration.
Key Responsibilities- Handling compliance tests for the Pension Service Centre's business processes
- Supporting the team to action highlighted areas for improvement
- Providing support to the de-risking and wider teams to develop solutions for pension benefits, record keeping, and administration
The ideal candidate will have a background working in and administering final salary pensions, UK DB Pension Schemes, and CARE Benefits, as well as experience in handling, extracting, and presenting data relating to pension schemes.
A relevant PMI qualification such as APE, QPA, CPSMG or other similar finance or payroll qualifications is also required.
