Pensions Specialist

NET Recruit is partnering with a nationally recognised business to find a Pensions Benefits Specialist to join their team in the South Yorkshire area.
This business is experiencing growth across various functions, resulting in an increased number of members in their pensions schemes. The successful candidate will join a team of pensions specialists responsible for administering the pension scheme and service centre, ensuring business and pensions processes conform to specifications and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
The role involves handling final salary pensions, compliance testing, and supporting the team to action highlighted areas for improvement. The ideal candidate will have experience with final salary pensions, UK DB Pension Schemes, and CARE Benefits, as well as data handling and presentation skills.
A relevant PMI qualification, such as APE, QPA, or CPSMG, is required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with a diligent approach to work and ability to handle large volumes of data.
