Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to support our DBHDS project in designing and implementing a new Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and data exchange. The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather and document requirements, analyze business needs, and collect, analyze, and document data to be ingested into the EDW.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Governance: Coordinate with data stewards to create data dictionaries, meet with stakeholders to document report requirements, and work with the business and IT to understand and document current business processes.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure that delivered solutions meet business requirements and adhere to data governance and security standards.
  • Business Analysis: Analyze business needs, identify opportunities to streamline processes and reporting, and develop solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders, and provide regular updates on project progress.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and data governance.
  • Skills: Intermediate to advanced SQL querying skills, experience with data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence, and excellent communication skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
