Enterprise Data Warehouse Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to lead our Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) Modernization project within the Data Exchange Program. This project will replace the existing data warehouse with a new cloud architecture, integrate with a variety of source systems, and implement a Master Person Identifier (MPI) to link individuals across data sources.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate extensively with internal and external stakeholders to gather and document requirements, analyze business needs, and collect, analyze, and document data to be ingested into the EDW.
- Create data dictionaries with input from data stewards, meet with stakeholders to document report requirements, and work with the business and IT to understand and document current business processes and identify opportunities to streamline processes and reporting.
- Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure that delivered solutions meet business requirements and adhere to data governance and security standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including business and technical stakeholders, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project team members, including data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence.
- 8+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence.
- Strong technical skills, including SQL querying and data manipulation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical information into layman's terms.
- Business acumen, with the ability to understand business processes and objectives.
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Adaptability and continuous learning, with the ability to adapt to changes in the project and take the initiative to learn the business and technical environment and tools.
- Familiarity with healthcare data, highly desired.
