We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join our team at Mane Contract Services. As a Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end management of contracts, from initial capture through proposal, contract award, and all stages of contract administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracts for major projects, programs, and complex agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with Terms and Conditions, identify risks, and implement solutions to emerging issues.
  • Independently identify, define, and execute contract revisions and improvements following established procedures.
  • Ensure the flow down of prime contract commercial requirements to suppliers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Provide expert advice on commercial/contract models and risk management.
  • Contribute to business development and capture management efforts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Commercial Officer or in a similar contracts management role.
  • Expertise in managing contracts for major projects, programs, and complex agreements.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial/contract models and risk management.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical, report writing, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in MOD/Defence contracts management.
  • Experience in a business development role, supporting capture management and bids.
