As a Store Operations Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of our organization by providing leadership in evaluating, allocating, and managing human, physical, and financial resources to achieve budget, customer satisfaction, and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide initiative and involve support personnel in the hiring, development, evaluation, and termination of all store employees.
- Conduct effective monthly performance management meetings with key personnel.
- Monitor store financials regularly and manage human and physical resources to meet key performance indicators and financial goals.
- Exercise effective financial decision making as per the budget and capital expense policy.
- Ensure that store personnel follow established processes and protocols.
- Exercise decision making to implement the strategic plan.
- Ensure that the Dealership reputation and image is consistent with its objectives.
- Participate in company strategic planning and identify growth/business opportunities.
- Conduct monthly Store Leadership Team meetings with Department Managers.
- Conduct regular store staff meetings and attend all store department meetings.
- Solid understanding of financial statements with the ability to effectively manage to a budget.
- Solid coaching and employee development skills.
- Ability to deal with conflict and/or performance issues quickly and efficiently.
