About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Support Workers to join our team in Cheltenham. In this role, you will play a vital part in empowering individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities, physical disabilities, and Mental Health conditions to live fulfilling lives.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized support to individuals, assisting them with daily tasks and promoting their independence.
  • Accompany individuals on community outings and appointments, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Implement individualized care plans, tailoring your approach to meet each person's unique needs and goals.
  • Foster a positive and supportive environment, encouraging emotional well-being and mental health strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to established procedures and protocols.
