Design Implementation Manager

Job Summary:
IC Resources is seeking a highly experienced CAD Manager to join our team. As a CAD Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design implementation and design support for our multi-site engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the design implementation process for IC and System design engineers.
- Develop and implement project environments, methodologies, and mixed-signal design flows.
- Train and support the development of design flows for multi-site engineering teams using industry-standard EDA software.
- Manage workload, schedules, and resources, and provide updates to internal management.
- Identify and analyze problems, devise plans, and implement solutions.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in IC Design and/or EDA/CAD Engineering.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex information.
- Hands-on knowledge of industry-advanced tools and techniques.
- Experience with data management tools for Analog, Digital, and Mixed-Signal projects.
- Experience in EDA Tools Admin (usage, installation, licensing).
- Experience in leading and working with teams across different geographical sites.
