We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join our team at New Appointments Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth handling of goods and materials.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Goods Receipt and Inventory Management: Handle goods in activities, including receipting, counting, and data entry into our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
  2. Warehouse Maintenance and Stock Control: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, manage stock movements, and utilize the ERP system to track inventory levels.
  3. Kitting and Allocation: Allocate stock and kitting components into Work Packages, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  4. Traceability and Compliance: Ensure the traceability of goods and materials, adhering to Export Compliance rules and regulations.
  5. Shipping and Receiving: Prepare materials for shipping, receive goods after external processing, and pack goods for dispatch according to industry standards or customer requirements.
  6. Courier Management: Book couriers and dispatch goods, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  7. General Maintenance: Perform general maintenance activities, including driving duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Forklift License: A forklift license is preferable but not essential.
  • English and Maths: GCSE Grade 4 (or equivalent) in English and Maths is required.
  • Previous Experience: Previous warehouse experience is not essential but desirable.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Effective Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficient in MS Office Packages.
  • Multi-Skilled: Ability to perform a variety of tasks and adapt to changing situations.
  • Good Communicator: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues.
