By joining the FIL brokerage team, you will deepen your understanding of finance and the market, becoming an integral part of a thriving business.

You will report directly to your Team Leader, who will guide you through your training and ongoing professional growth.

Daily Responsibilities:
Assist FIL wealth engineers and investment counselors with operational inquiries (portfolio suggestions, system modifications, documentation) to guarantee exceptional service to both prospects and clients. Ensure that we have the necessary documentation from clients to initiate their relationship with FIL by collaborating with internal teams and requesting required documents. Work alongside the insurance provider to fulfill administrative and operational requests for clients. Engage in special projects and contribute ideas for process enhancements to support a growing department.

Required Qualifications:

A university degree or a comparable combination of education and experience. Proficiency in both French and English is essential. The recruitment process will be conducted in English. You possess strong interpersonal skills and can connect with diverse audiences via phone and email. A commitment to maintaining high-quality work while adhering to deadlines is crucial.
