Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Demand Forecasting Manager to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing robust sales forecasting processes to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of demand forecasting processes to drive accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address forecasting challenges and opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate forecasting performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in demand forecasting and supply chain management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in demand forecasting and supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and drive business insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of supply chain principles and practices.
