About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Maintenance Plumber to join our team at Boden Group. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance duties across a portfolio of commercial healthcare sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carrying out temperature tests, unblocking toilets and sinks, flushing, changing taps and showerheads, water hygiene, TMV checks, filter changes on AHU's, FCU's, replacing valves, bearings, and any other general building service duties.
  • Working Monday – Friday, 37.5-hour week, across a portfolio of commercial healthcare sites.
Requirements
  • Experience in a facilities maintenance / building service role is highly beneficial.
  • Must hold Level 3 C&G or NVQ / equivalent in any mechanical or plumbing bias.
  • Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.
