Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team as a Tour Operator Administrator and Concierge Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our sales team and concierge assistance directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data-entry and maintenance of company back-office systems.
  • Offer concierge assistance to clients, including pre and post-travel support.
  • Provide clients with documentation, including pre and post-travel materials.
  • Answer client questions and queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Deal with incoming call enquiries and redirect where required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail and first-class organization skills.
  • Previous experience working in an administrative role for at least 12 months.
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Proactive and flexible in their approach to work and willing to go the extra mile when required.
  • Minimum GCSE (or equivalent) English and Maths.
