Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Adhering to all client and company health and safety regulations at all times, including Food Handling, COSHH, uniforms & PPE, Manual Handling, Fire procedures, and Quality control
  • Completing, maintaining, and updating all Food Safety and Health & Safety documentation as required
  • Ensuring the cleanliness of all kitchens, storerooms, fridges, and surrounding work areas, reporting any health and safety hazards or incidents promptly
  • Managing the proper storage, control, and use of all machinery, cleaning materials, and relevant chemicals
  • Overseeing the control, issuance, and receipt of all food deliveries
  • Processing orders through designated systems and utilizing approved vendors
  • Reviewing invoices and delivery notes, reporting any discrepancies to your supervisor
  • Supervising the receipt, proper storage, and quality of food supplies, and addressing any concerns with your supervisor
  • Unloading deliveries and rotating stock
  • Loading cages and transporting items to various storerooms

Our ideal Warehouse Operations Associate will:
  • Conduct regular stock audits
  • Oversee and manage all deliveries
  • Store and rotate goods appropriately
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding shortages
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods to the appropriate outlets
