We are seeking a highly skilled Business Continuity Planner and Resilience Advisor to join our team at GIOS Technology.

Location: Remote or Hybrid

Minimum Requirements:

  • Prior experience in the nuclear industry, with a strong understanding of business continuity and resilience principles.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training and exercise programs to enhance business resilience and continuity.
  • Knowledge of cyber resilience standards and their application within the supply chain, with a focus on risk management and mitigation.
  • Experience working with Enterprise Resilience, Business Continuity, and Emergency Management standards and frameworks, with a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Expertise in supporting business continuity and resilience inspections, audits, and reviews, with a focus on monitoring performance and driving improvements.

Key skills: Nuclear industry, Business continuity plans, Cyber resilience standards, Risk management, Compliance, Regulatory requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business continuity and resilience plans to ensure the organization's ability to respond to and recover from disruptions.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate and manage risks to the organization's business continuity and resilience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement training programs to enhance business resilience and continuity.
  • Provide expertise and guidance to stakeholders on business continuity and resilience best practices and standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in business continuity and resilience, and apply this knowledge to improve the organization's resilience and continuity.
