Trainee Mortgage and Protection Advisor Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Trainee Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join our team at The New Homes Group. As a Trainee Mortgage and Protection Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and advice to our clients, while also developing your skills and knowledge in the mortgage and protection industry.

Main Responsibilities

  • Building relationships with our Estate Agency teams to provide training and support.
  • Attracting new customers and business, while being motivated to achieve professional goals within a result-driven environment.
  • Providing advice on a range of products and services to meet customer needs, including mortgage and protection solutions.
  • Participating in regular branch meetings to discuss best practice and build lasting relationships.

Requirements

  • Hold CeMap or industry equivalent qualification.
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literate, with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems.
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
