Job Title: Nurse Unit Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Unit Manager to join our team at Exemplar Health Care. As a Nurse Unit Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced care home environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver person-centered care
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and make improvements as necessary
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD) qualification
  • Experience in a care home or similar setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
