Position Summary

Our Change Assurance Practice has experienced steady growth over the past four years, and the services provided by this team are integral to the growth strategy of NTT DATA Business Solutions. There exists a substantial market opportunity to assist both existing and new clients in achieving their digital transformation objectives through the integration of change management and project-based training services.

We are currently looking to recruit additional SAP Change Management and Training Consultants to bolster the growth of this vital business line and contribute to the ongoing development of the practice. The successful candidate will oversee the change management process for all stakeholders affected within the designated client environments. Additionally, there is an opportunity to introduce innovative ideas and contribute to the evolution of our operational methodologies.

Comprehensive training will be provided on the NTT DATA Business Solutions project toolset.

Given our diverse customer base across Europe and beyond, we particularly welcome applications from French speakers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a vital member of the Project Management Team, collaborating closely with the Client Organization to ensure successful project delivery and transform trust into tangible value.
  • Assist the Change and Training Manager in fostering a 'trusted advisor' relationship with clients.
  • Deliver high-quality Project Business Change Deliverables within established timelines, in accordance with program plans and statements of work (SOW).
  • Share knowledge, skills, and experiences to advance the team, including support for practice development and enhancement of NTT DATA Business Solutions methodologies as needed.
  • Take ownership of self-directed learning, embracing the principle of one consultant, two skills.
  • Support business development initiatives by contributing to RFI's, RFP's, and actively participating in client presales engagements as required.

Role Scope and Dimensions

  • Ability to engage in a full-time capacity for selected segments of SAP Programs.
  • A solid understanding of at least one SAP module from a content perspective will be advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight stays, to all project locations as dictated by client needs.
  • Flexibility in working hours and times is essential during critical phases of implementation.
