We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical, Forensic or Counselling Psychologist to join our team at St Andrew's Healthcare. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological assessment, formulation, and treatment to patients with complex mental health needs.
About the TeamYou will be part of a large and dynamic team of over 20 Consultant Psychologists and 50 registered Psychologists, working across our three sites in Northampton, Birmingham, and Essex. Our team is dedicated to providing the best possible care and treatment to our patients, and we are committed to innovation and research.
About the JobAs a Clinical, Forensic or Counselling Psychologist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing psychological assessment, formulation, and treatment to patients with complex mental health needs
- Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Conducting risk assessments and developing strategies to manage clinical risk
- Providing training and supervision to junior staff members
- Participating in research and development projects to improve patient outcomes
