About the Role

As a Spine Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Stryker's comprehensive and diverse product portfolio, including our leading 3D-printed technologies, to meet the needs of our customers. You will work closely with surgeons, medical representatives, and other stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategically promote and sell Stryker's spinal products to meet customer needs
  • Conduct product evaluations in various settings, including hospital theatres, to demonstrate the value of our products
  • Maintain effective relationships with established customers and seek new business opportunities within your territory
  • Systematically track territory progress and proactively communicate findings to exceed sales goals
  • Use product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems and advise medical representatives on proper use and maintenance

Requirements
  • Demonstrated success in sales within the medical device industry, preferably with operating theatre sales/surgical sales experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to take ownership and proactively engage with key clients and businesses within your territory
  • Passion and desire to succeed and win
  • Drive to meet and exceed financial targets with a demonstrable track record of successful sales
  • Team player
  • Valid driver's license
