Position Overview

Role: Facilities Maintenance Technician
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm

Our client, a leader in the facilities management sector, is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to support a prestigious commercial property. With over 15 years of expertise in the industry, they excel in providing comprehensive maintenance solutions for commercial spaces, data centers, and retail environments.

Key Responsibilities

As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be tasked with:

  • Delivering both reactive and proactive maintenance services
  • Executing a multi-disciplinary maintenance approach, encompassing both electrical and mechanical tasks
  • Conducting modifications and installations, as well as managing project-related work when necessary
  • Coordinating with subcontractors and external service providers
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of NVQ/City and Guilds Level 2 or 3 certification in Electrical Engineering
  • Demonstrated experience in facilities maintenance
