Overview:

As a Messaging Engineer, you will leverage your skills and experience throughout the software development lifecycle. This includes defining system requirements, designing solutions, developing, testing, and implementing software, as well as providing Level 3 support for production environments.

Your role will encompass a diverse range of applications, from sophisticated in-house messaging systems utilizing technologies such as MQ, Java, and Oracle, to tailored solutions based on commercial SWIFT products, including the Alliance Messaging Hub (AMH), and lightweight Spring Boot API applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in Technology Lifecycle Management and Strategic Data Center Migration initiatives.
  • Facilitate the migration of SWIFT applications to modern data centers and the latest software versions.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in SoftwareAG webMethods
  • Expertise in Middleware Messaging Architectures
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Databases and SQL
  • Experience with Java and JMS
  • Familiarity with IBM MQ
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD practices, Git, and Jenkins
  • Competence in Test Planning, Automation, and Execution
  • Experience with SWIFT Products, particularly AMH
