Position Overview

Our MKM Building Supplies team is seeking to fill the following position:

HGV Operator

Key Responsibilities

  • As an HGV Operator, you will manage multiple delivery routes to clients in the local vicinity, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
  • This position requires operating Class 2 HGV vehicles equipped with a HIAB Crane.
  • In addition to driving responsibilities, flexibility to assist with yard and warehouse tasks is expected when necessary.
  • Weekend work is a component of this role, with a requirement to work alternate Saturday mornings throughout the year.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Possession of HIAB certification and relevant experience is mandatory for this position.
  • A valid Class 2 license, digital tachograph card, and current CPC training are required.
  • Familiarity with the construction sector and building materials would be a significant advantage.
  • Local knowledge of the area is essential.
