We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning Manager to join our Global Consumer Organisation team. As a key member of our commercial transformation team, you will be responsible for leading and executing short-term, mid-term, and long-term forecasts for volume performance, creation performance, and margin performance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and execute short-term, mid-term, and long-term forecasts for volume performance, creation performance, and margin performance.
- Provide commercial leadership in the S&OP process, collaborating with supply and transformation leads.
- Coordinate with the fulfilment performance manager to prioritize delivery based on customer type, profitability, and commercial strategy.
- Collaborate with the operations team to identify logistical efficiencies within the short-term order pool.
- Prioritize customers based on profitability (in coordination with the head of commercial).
- Lead initiatives to improve customer master data and prevent supply outages.
- Analyze and incorporate market insights and external factors into demand planning.
- Collaborate with the board on budgeting, planning, and results analysis.
- Provide input on inventory strategies for existing items, new products, and product phase-outs.
- A degree and over 3 years of experience in a demand planning role within an established S&OP cycle.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience handling large data sets and a proven ability to develop demand forecasting systems.
- Strong financial awareness, effectively translating data insights into meaningful financial impact.
We offer a competitive salary, car allowance, up to 20% bonus, pension, private healthcare, and holiday. Our ideal candidate will be based in Warwickshire, with hybrid working ideally 3 days office-based and 2 days from home.
