Position: Revenue Management Officer - Local Operations – Part Time

Location: Phoenix House, Basildon

Salary: £19,635 per annum (pro rata)

Hours: 21.75 hours per week

Type: Temporary position for up to 9 months

We are seeking a Revenue Management Officer - Local Operations to become part of our Income Services team in Basildon. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing income management and debt recovery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage rental accounts and implement the objectives of Sanctuary's rent recovery strategy, utilizing enforcement actions when necessary.
  • Deliver high-quality housing management services to Sanctuary's clients while ensuring compliance with tenancy agreements.
  • Assist in the daily operations of exceptional customer service within the income services department.
  • Enhance the visibility of Sanctuary's offerings and strive for improved customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in administrative roles related to customer service and complaint resolution.
  • Ability to take initiative, demonstrate ownership, and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with income recovery and maximization techniques, along with experience in possession proceedings and court case presentations.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
