Key Responsibilities- Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities
- Research and target potential clients within the national bus and coach operator market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including procurement managers, fleet managers, and operations directors.
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service
- Present and negotiate bus and coach rental agreements, ensuring alignment with the client's operational requirements and budgets.
- Provide tailored solutions that enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Drive Sales Growth
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of rental agreements, from initial proposal to contract signing.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the company.
- Proven Track Record
- Proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably within the bus and coach industry.
- Industry Expertise
- Strong understanding of PCV vehicles and their applications within public and private sectors.
- Strong Communication Skills
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Results-Oriented
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Team Player
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid UK Driving License
- A valid UK driving license is essential.
