HR Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at HR Recruit. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving our HR strategy forward and contributing to the growth and success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Strategy and Planning: Work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Policy Development and Compliance: Maintain, update, and improve company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Employee Engagement and Development: Champion employee engagement and develop action plans to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
  • HR Operations: Manage all HR-related files and records, ensuring compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations.
  • Leadership and Coaching: Act as a member of our leadership team, providing HR expertise and coaching to directors and other stakeholders.
  • Employee Relations: Advise managers and provide guidance on HR policy and procedures, including absence management, contractual matters, and employee relations.
  • Training and Development: Create and implement an annual training program to optimize training content and meet mandatory requirements.
  • Recruitment and Payroll: Manage the recruitment process and payroll, including HMRC communications and year-end activities.

Requirements:

  • Previous HR experience at a senior level.
  • Strong leadership and team player skills.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Resilient and able to work under pressure.
